It is tranquil and peaceful offering stunning, uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside while still being only a 10 minute stroll down to the harbour. It has 4 well equipped letting rooms, all en suite, with parking 2 x single room, 1 x double, and 2 x versatile room- can be double / twin. Petroc Room is an ensuite room with a bath and a shower over it. The property has a resident’s car park. All rooms are serenely decorated to give you a relaxing stay and a good nights sleep. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, with a large garden and stream running down the side, which makes it a very quiet place to be. Room facilities include: digital TV with dvd, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, clock radio, hair dryer, free wifi.
