We are a non-smoking establishment, situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty, three miles outside of St. Ives. It is an ideal spot for touring the areas many places of natural beauty and the many beautiful beaches.

Ideal for overnight or longer stays and for going to the Isles of Scilly. We have four beautifully landscaped ponds, guests are welcome to roam or just relax and enjoy the wild life in the tranquil surroundings.

All rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside plus T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and hairdryer. There are plenty of free parking spaces and we are open all year round.
